Just before Christmas had to come with my 97 yr old father. We did not have to wait too long and we were treated with great respect and compassion.

We parked at the back and had to walk round to the front door. There were several steps he had to climb.

Rude reception staff. Waited over an hour to be seen for an eye injury that then couldn’t be looked at as didn’t have correct machine !

Sent me to A&E rather than let me sit and wait in pain for over an hour - then unable to help.

They could’ve consulted the vascular team on my behalf. I have had no treatment and the problem is painful… I feel that a medication could have been prescribed.

I’m suffering from an awful cough and fatigue after gastric flu.

I’m still rather poorly with cough - I think it’s bacterial not viral as not much better than a week ago

We needed help, We got help, for which we are very grateful.

Could have done with a wheelchair, but then again it's treatment that matters & that was provided.

I was seen promptly and courteously but apparently my GP had not followed the required procedure by making a referral to the orthopaedic department. It took a subsequent visit to the walk in centre to have the situation clearly explained to me. I’m now awaiting an appointment for the orthopaedic out patient clinic.
